Fit Lizards guarantees total customer satisfaction with the items you purchase from fitlizards.com.
If you received an item that is damaged or faulty we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment.
You may return your item within 30 days of purchase. See our Return Policy
Our store does not accept Exchanges. We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if it falls under the following criteria:
- Items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.
- Package is lost in transit.
Note: Fit Lizards will not be held liable to any lost or misrouted parcels due to incomplete or incorrect shipping information. Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening.
You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. Otherwise you will receive partial refund as we have already started the shipping process. Please be sure to thoroughly read our descriptions and processing times.

How do I track my package?
You can check the status of your order at any time by hitting the link TRACK YOUR ORDER at the top of any page. You can also reach out to our customer support desk at firstname.lastname@example.org to ask questions anytime.
Will my package ship with insurance?
Yes. Within 1-2 business days after placing your order you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track you package so you can know its whereabouts at any time. All the shipping companies we use provide insurance.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Once shipped, your order will arrive within 5 to 16 business days for United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom or any country in Western Europe. Other countries can take up to 28 business days, depending on how fast customs clearances take place. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. How does the 6 months Extended Warranty work?
Should your product stop functioning due to a reason other than misuse or mistreating it, please email our support team at email@example.com who will let you know the steps you should complete and we will send you a new product as soon as possible.
